feed your blog to twitter

more new features

The twitterfeed feature set keeps steadily growing… thanks to everyone who contacts me with suggestions! Here’s what’s new:

  • a new option to poll your feed every 30 minutes
  • an option to set a feed to inactive. This lets you suspend posting from a particular feed, without the need to delete and recreate it later. Feeds can be activated/deactivated at any time.
  • previously, whenever twitterfeed checked a feed, it would post up to 5 new items. This number is now configurable, and can be set to anything from 1 to 5. Setting it to 1, for example, will only ever post the most recent item in your feed since it was last checked.
  • Enjoy, and keep the ideas coming!
